The AllFlex Panel Reader

The AllFlex Panel Reader is supplied by Sapien and, when used in conjunction with Sapien-exclusive hardware and software, can form a valuable part of your data collection process.

Assembled in a laminated plastic panel enclosure, the Panel Reader is designed to withstand the hazards and abuse typical in livestock operations. The Reader can be attached to a metal crush or mounted on steelwork, and is especially suitable for weighing, periodic treatments, drafting and loading. The scanning capability of the Panel Reader allows for multi-tasking, reduces processing time and virtually eliminates the need for additional labour. The Reader's read-range of 90cm and its flexible antenna options make it ideal for high-volume tasks.

The Reader may also be reconfigured with the Flexitenna, for example, for an economical solution to volume scanning of tags in a difficult environment.

The AllFlex Panel Reader has no built-in memory, and therefore requires data captured to be fed live into either a hand-held PDA with koolcompact software or a PC with koolcollect software.
